Certified Landlord Designation Requirements: |

| In order to receive your designation as a Certified Landlord you would be required to complete all 12 Exams and get a score of 70% or better on every exam. You can take the Exams as many times as you wish and your scores are automatically saved every time you grade (only if you are logged-in). Non-members cannot grade the Exams and are not eligible for the Certified Landlord designation. |

Everyone has a chance to take the practice Exams, but only subscribers can successfully grade the Exams and get answers and explanations for each question (Constructive Grading). |
